More Accurate Popular Tags

The code for creating the popular tags list has been updated to ignore all links or tags that are set to "private" or "friends only". Because Linkatopia lets you assign privacy to both links and tags, the script to generate a list of the most popular tags was much more difficult to develop. =)

Just to be clear, your private links or tags were NEVER exposed!! The code was just using the NUMBER of links to calculate how popular they are.
