Linkatopia is now HTML5

Wow, it's only the year 2020 and I've finally converted this site to HTML5! WTF? Anyway, there is still a LOT to do, and I'm sure I'll be cleaning up and tweaking things here and there for the next week or so.

Currently the functionality of the site remains the same but I will be adding features soon! (and I'm sure you all know my conception of "soon" is relative to the age of the universe).

But seriously, the site is now using modern HTML5 and a responsive stylesheet so that's a quantum leap in the right direction.

By the way, I have NOT updated the CSS for the other themes yet, so they might render a bit funky.
